My Corporate career had me travel throughout North America Training, Coaching, and Implementing processes and new technologies.
I received my first Coaching certification in 2005 with Bob Proctor’s organization. Though my training and life experience is bound to enhance our coaching sessions and cause a shift in your life, it is something you need to experience to get a real sense of what coaching is. In corporate is where Lynn Marysh worked full-time her entire professional working career - Travelling throughout the North American continent; training, facilitating, and coaching employees on company systems. Bridging the gap between Information Services and users of Technology; evaluating processes, collaborating with Information and Technology and Operations, making the necessary changes to fix, enhance, develop new add-ons to simplify day to day tasks of employees. Her work was interesting but her satisfaction in her work wasn't realized until she was retired from that corporate job in 2018 and became an entrepreneur.
Once retired, that’s when she could dedicate her time to truly pursue her passion helping others achieve their dreams. As Coach and Mentor, she took what she learned during those corporate years and now helps her clients bridge the gap from where they are to where they would like to be.
